II. Product Structure and Process Characteristics
This series of filter press adhesive tapes adopts an integrated annular seamless vulcanization process. The tape body has a uniform structure and high flatness, free from problems such as joint cracking and delamination and degumming, and can meet the working condition requirements of long-term, large-flow continuous operation.
The belt body adopts a multi-layer composite structure. The upper layer is a wear-resistant, acid-alkali resistant and anti-adhesive rubber layer with a smooth surface that is not easy to adhere to materials, facilitating the uniform distribution of low-concentration fine-grained materials, reducing material accumulation and channel blockage, and at the same time having good hydrolysis resistance and aging resistance. The middle skeleton layer is made of high-strength polyester fabric, which has good dimensional stability, low elongation under the combined action of material load and vacuum suction, is not easy to deform or sag, and ensures the running accuracy of the belt body and the vacuum sealing effect. The bottom cover rubber adopts a drag-reducing and wear-resistant formula, cooperates smoothly with the vacuum box and idlers, reduces running resistance and wear, and extends the overall service life.
To meet the rapid dewatering demand of low-concentration materials, the belt surface is designed with reasonably arranged horizontal drainage grooves and liquid discharge holes under vacuum. The filtrate can be quickly collected and discharged in time under the action of negative pressure, effectively avoiding filtrate retention and improving the dewatering rate. The hole area adopts a reinforced pure rubber structure to block the penetration of corrosive media, protect the skeleton layer from erosion, and enhance the durability of the belt body under complex working conditions.
The two sides of the belt body are equipped with integrated vulcanized corrugated side skirts, which have firm bonding and good flexibility. They can bend smoothly when passing through the drum and deviation correction mechanism, and are not easy to crack or fall off. The height of the side skirts can be customized according to the processing capacity, which effectively prevents the side overflow of large-flow slurry, reduces material running and leakage, and improves the operation continuity of the equipment.

It enables fast filter cake formation and uniform dewatering, achieving ideal dewatering results even under low feed concentration conditions, and making the moisture content of the filter cake meet the requirements of dry stacking, transportation, backfilling or resource utilization.
The belt body has excellent acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and hydrolysis resistance, can adapt to various corrosive slurry environments, is not easy to age and crack during long-term use, has a longer service life, and effectively reduces the frequency of replacement and shutdown maintenance costs.
The product runs smoothly with a low deviation rate, enabling 24-hour continuous operation. It features simple and convenient daily maintenance, significantly reducing users' comprehensive usage costs. Meanwhile, it supports customization of various specifications. The size of the belt, groove structure, height of the side skirt, and rubber formula can be adjusted according to parameters such as filter press model, belt width, material characteristics, temperature, and pH value, achieving precise matching with on-site working conditions.
