content details

JCH-TIKTOP Specializing in R&D, Production and Sales of Mining Mineral Processing Equipment Parts. We focus on the highly abrasive and corrosion-resistant service requirements of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and coal flotation processes, and professionally manufacture a full range of flotation machine parts. Our products cover core components such as impeller-stator assemblies, froth scraper assemblies, bearing housings, drive main shafts, tank liners and seals. Exquisitely made of highly wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane, high-strength alloys and other materials, they are perfectly compatible with various mechanical agitation flotation machines including SF, BF, XJK, JJF, KYF and XCF models. Featuring uniform aeration, stable agitation, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and long service life, our parts are widely used for complete machine matching and wearing parts replacement of flotation machines in various mineral processing plants.

I. Core Parts Series for Flotation Machines

1. Impeller-Stator Assembly

As the core agitating and aerating component of flotation machines, the rotating impeller creates negative pressure for aeration and pulp agitation, while the stator stabilizes flow and disperses bubbles to enhance mineral mineralization efficiency. Manufactured with integrally cast wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane, it features reasonable clearance matching, large aeration volume, strong agitating force, erosion resistance and high resistance to tearing.

2. Froth Scraper and Scraper Assembly

Including froth scrapers, scraper shafts, scraper frames and drive supports, it is used to scrape flotation concentrate froth out of the tank. Scrapers are made of anti-aging wear-resistant rubber, enabling clean froth scraping, no material splashing and good toughness. The drive structure operates stably and is compatible with both automatic and manual froth scraping systems.

3. Bearing Housing and Drive Parts

Including bearing housings, main shafts, taper sleeves, couplings and other drive and support components. The bearing housing adopts a multiple waterproof sealing structure to effectively prevent pulp infiltration and protect bearings. The main shaft is made of high-strength steel with excellent torsion and bending resistance, suitable for long-term continuous operation of flotation machines.

4. Wear-Resistant Tank Liners

Applied to flotation machine tanks, feed inlets, side walls, diversion chambers and other parts, they are made of rubber or polyurethane to protect the tank base from pulp erosion and wear. With tight fitting and convenient disassembly and assembly, they greatly extend the service life of the tank.

5. Seals and Auxiliary Parts

Including shaft seals, sealing rings, wear-resistant shaft sleeves, stuffing boxes, positioning fasteners, etc. They deliver excellent sealing and cushioning performance, prevent pulp leakage, reduce component wear and lower equipment failure rates.

II. Product Performance Features

Wear and Corrosion Resistant Materials

Adopting special wear-resistant rubber, high-elasticity polyurethane and high-strength alloys, our parts resist pulp particle erosion and acid-alkali corrosion, with service life far exceeding ordinary parts.

Wide Compatibility

Manufactured in strict accordance with industrial standard dimensions, they can directly replace original parts of various flotation machine models including SF, BF, KYF, XCF, XJK, with strong universality.

Working Condition-Optimized Structure

Optimized aerodynamic performance of impellers and stators ensures uniform aeration and efficient pulp circulation; stable operation of the froth scraping mechanism effectively improves flotation recovery and concentrate grade.

Reliable Sealing, Low Failure Rate

Multiple sealing structures for bearing housings and shaft ends prevent pulp from entering bearings, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance.

Easy Installation and Maintenance

High standardization of parts enables convenient disassembly and assembly, as well as quick replacement of wearing parts, effectively lowering operation and maintenance costs for mineral processing plants.

Strong Non-Standard Customization Capability

Sizes, materials and structures can be customized based on drawings or samples according to special flotation machine models and on-site working conditions.

III. Scope of Application

Compatible Models: SF Series, BF Series, XJK Series, JJF Series, KYF Series, XCF/KYF Combined Units and other mechanical agitation flotation machines
Applicable Industries: Non-ferrous metal mineral processing (copper ore, lead-zinc ore, gold ore, etc.), iron ore mineral processing, coal flotation, non-metallic ore separation
Applicable Processes: Roughing, scavenging, cleaning and other flotation operation links in mineral processing

IV. Core Advantages of Hainan SKJ Mining Equipment

Focus on Mining Flotation Conditions for Enhanced Product Adaptability

Materials and structures are optimized for pulp abrasion, corrosion and continuous operation, delivering outstanding durability and stability.

Mature Integral Molding Technology

Rubber/polyurethane parts such as impellers and liners are produced via integral casting and vulcanization, featuring no splicing, no delamination and excellent tear resistance.

One-Stop Supply of Full-Range Parts

Full coverage from core impeller-stator assemblies to scrapers, liners and seals, meeting centralized procurement and maintenance replacement needs of mineral processing plants.

Adequate Stock + Rapid Customization

Regular models of flotation machine parts are in stock, and non-standard parts can be rapidly molded and processed with short delivery cycles.

Factory Direct Supply with High Cost Performance

Source production without middlemen ensures transparent pricing. Preferential terms are available for bulk purchases and long-term fixed-point supporting services, accompanied by complete warranty and technical support.

V. Customization and Service Support
