 JCH-TIKTOP's food-grade conveyor belt is a high-performance conveying product specially developed for harsh hygiene scenarios such as food processing, pharmaceutical packaging, and pet food. It is independently researched, developed and produced by Laizhou Jingcheng Rubber Co., Ltd. The product takes high-purity natural rubber (NR) and high-quality styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) as the core raw materials, adopts a food-grade environmentally friendly formula and precise mixing technology to ensure material safety and stable performance, and fully complies with domestic food hygiene standards and the requirements of the US FDA for food contact materials.

2. Core Material and Food-Grade Formulation

• Main material system: Adopts the golden ratio of **60%-70% natural rubber + 30%-40% styrene-butadiene rubber**

  • Natural Rubber (NR): Selected imported and domestically produced high-purity natural latex, which provides excellent elasticity, high tensile strength, good tear resistance and low-temperature toughness, with a soft touch and no damage to the conveyed materials.

  • Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR): Food-grade 1502 styrene-butadiene rubber is adopted to enhance the wear resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance of the belt body, improve processing stability and extend the service life.

• Food-grade auxiliary materials: Non-toxic vulcanizing agents, food-grade zinc oxide, stearic acid, white reinforcing agents (white carbon black, medicinal calcium carbonate), environmentally friendly anti-aging agents, etc. are used throughout the process. No harmful substances such as heavy metals, plasticizers, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are added, eliminating the risk of migration and pollution.

• Process Guarantee: Clean production throughout the entire流程 of mixing, extrusion and vulcanization; the surface is specially smoothed to be free of air holes, impurities, yellowing and adhesion to materials.

3. Core Performance Advantages of the Product

• Safety and Hygiene: Non-toxic and odorless, no harmful substances precipitate. It has passed FDA food contact certification and SGS testing, and complies with GB 4806.11 standard for rubber materials for food contact.

• Stain-Resistant and Easy to Clean: The surface is dense and smooth, water- and oil-proof, food crumbs and grease can be easily rinsed off, it can withstand cleaning with hot water, steam and food-grade detergents, and is not easy to breed bacteria.

• Physical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 18MPa, elongation at break ≥ 450%, wear resistance < 0.3cm³/1.61km, flexing times > 100,000 times, stable belt size, not easy to deform or crack.

• Working condition adaptability: Temperature resistance from -20℃ to 120℃, resistance to food-grade acids and alkalis, animal and vegetable oils and fats, and resistance to daily aging, suitable for complex environments in food processing such as cold and heat, dry and wet, and oil contamination.

• Structural Stability: The skeleton layer is made of high-strength polyester canvas (EP/NN), which bonds firmly with the rubber layer, has high delamination strength, runs smoothly without deviation, and is suitable for medium and high-speed conveyor lines.

• Thickness: 3mm-15mm (Cover rubber thickness: 1.5mm-8mm)

• Joint types: annular seamless joint, mechanical toothed joint, heat-vulcanized joint

• Surface style: Smooth flat surface (general type), chevron pattern, dimple pattern, U-shaped pattern, etc., suitable for conveying different materials and inclination angles (0°-30°)

• Color: Food-grade white (standard), light gray (customized)
